Last updated: May 7, 2026. Wintra (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Wintra application (“App”) and the wintra.app website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in compliance with applicable laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy statutes. By using Wintra, you agree to the terms described here.
Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your full name and email address. When you use Wintra, we collect session data you submit (such as buy-in amounts, cash-out amounts, game type, casino name, session duration, dates), and any photos or videos you attach. Payment information for purchases (such as Tax Export) is processed securely using Stripe; we never store payment card details.
Usage Data: We use account and session data to operate, provide, and improve the Wintra App, authenticate your identity, maintain your session history and analytics, process your purchases, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your information. We only share data with third parties to provide core services (described below) or when legally required.
Third-Party Processors: We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (session caption AI), and EmailJS (contact form). Each service implements modern privacy and security safeguards; see their privacy policies for details. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Data Retention & Security
We retain your account and session data as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all data at any time by contacting support. All data is stored with robust security (row-level security in Supabase), encrypted and transmitted via HTTPS. We employ industry-standard security practices, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Wintra is not for individuals under 21. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under this age. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us so we can promptly remove the data.
Your Rights & Policy Changes
You may access, correct, download, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time by requesting account deletion via our Contact Us page. Under some regional laws (such as GDPR/CCPA), you may have additional rights such as data portability or restriction of processing.
We may periodically revise this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes (such as changes in how we use your data) via email and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
