Refund Policy Overview

Wintra offers one paid feature: the Tax Export unlock, available for a one-time purchase of $9.99. Because this is a digital product that is immediately accessible upon payment, all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products — The Tax Export feature is a digital product that is unlocked instantly upon successful payment. All sales are final and non-refundable once the feature is unlocked, and there are no recurring charges to cancel. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused exports.

Exceptions for Refunds — Wintra will issue a refund in cases of technical failure (feature not unlocked within 24 hours), duplicate charges, or unauthorized payment. In such cases, contact us via the Contact Us page within 30 days of the charge. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an eligible exception, please visit our Contact Us page and include your Wintra account email address, a description of the issue, and your payment date (if known). We aim to reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

All other features of Wintra—including session tracking, live P&L, the session archive, analytics, and social sharing—are free and require no payment. There is nothing else to refund.
