Acceptance of Terms: By using Wintra, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Wintra is intended for users 21 years of age or older. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service: Wintra is a finance tracking tool for casino players to log and analyze sessions, view analytics, and export session data for reporting. We do not facilitate or encourage gambling.
User Accounts & Payments
You must create an account to use Wintra and are responsible for keeping credentials secure and providing accurate information. You may not share your account with others or abuse the Service.
Payments & Tax Export Unlock: The Tax Export feature is a one-time $9.99 unlock. No subscriptions. Stripe processes payments. See our Refund Policy for details. The unlock applies to your account on all devices.
Termination: We may suspend/terminate your account if the Terms are violated. You may request account deletion through our Contact Us page.
Acceptable Use & IP
You agree not to violate laws, gain unauthorized access, disrupt services, use Wintra if under 21, or submit false information. All materials are owned by Wintra. Do not copy or reproduce without permission.
Your personal session data remains yours. We make no claims over the content you enter. Wintra branding, code, and design are property of Wintra App, Inc.
Disclaimer & Limitations
Wintra is provided ‘as is’ without warranty. We are not liable for damages from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or gambling losses. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Responsible Gambling & Changes

We may update these Terms any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Governing law is the State of California.
